Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I love custom and personalized orders! If you do not see something you re wanting, message me and I will do my best to make it! I also do many orders from heirloom silverware!!!!

Do you offer refunds?

Due to personalization on most of my items (wording, size, etc), I cannot offer refunds, sorry. If you have a problem with your order, please contact me.

I live outside of the US...will I have to pay a customs tax?

I do not know. You will have to check with the rules/regulations of the country you are living in. Most countries charge a tax after a certain amount but each are different.

I am not responsible for any customs taxes! If your package arrives at your local postal office, and you do not pay it, they will return the package to me. I will not resend without you paying shipping again. It is the buyers responsibility to pay taxes/shipping. Also, if a package is returned because you didn’t pay customs taxes, and it was a custom hand stamped item (name, dates, etc), I cannot offer a refund because I cannot resell the item.

Care instructions

On silverware items, since I use silver and silver plated items, they will eventually tarnish. I have started including a small polishing cloth in your order. Just polish it and it will return to a normal shine ❤️

What is your Shipping Speed?

I try to ship all of my orders at the very longest within 3 days! A lot of times, I can ship the same day! I do not have ANY of these items in stock, I make to order, but understand that customers like to receive their items quickly, as do I when I order online. However I CANNOT CONTROL THE POSTAL SERVICE. If your item is delayed in shipping, please understand that it is not my doing. If you need an item quickly, choose a faster shipping speed. Inside of the US, First Class generally is 3 days but their ONLY Guaranteed shipping speed is next day!

International buyers **** I have seen packages arrive in the destination country and be held up in customs. Please understand that I also have no control over customs***
