Refer to the second picture for the available sides (e.g., Chinese, Sushi, Italian, Fast Food, Steakhouse, BBQ, Korean BBQ, Food Truck, Burgers, Pho, Pizzeria, Subs, Seafood, Pizza, Indian, Mexican, Hibachi, Thai, Mediterranean). Leave your chosen options in the personalization section or notes to the seller.
Option 2:
Want something different? No problem! Choose this option if you’d like a custom design. I will create a design from scratch and send you a proof. Please watch your messages closely, as you’ll need to approve the proof before I proceed. It’s essential to respond to messages sent via Etsy if you choose this option.
If you order Option 2 and only include choices from the provided list, I will not send a proof. If you do not respond to the proof, I will ship it as shown. If your choices are unclear and you do not respond to messages, I will cancel the order. Prompt communication is crucial when selecting the Option 2 die.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Do you offer refunds?
Due to personalization on most of my items (wording, size, etc), I cannot offer refunds, sorry. If you have a problem with your order, please contact me.
I live outside of the US...will I have to pay a customs tax?
I do not know. You will have to check with the rules/regulations of the country you are living in. Most countries charge a tax after a certain amount but each are different.
I am not responsible for any customs taxes! If your package arrives at your local postal office, and you do not pay it, they will return the package to me. I will not resend without you paying shipping again. It is the buyers responsibility to pay taxes/shipping. Also, if a package is returned because you didn’t pay customs taxes, and it was a custom hand stamped item (name, dates, etc), I cannot offer a refund because I cannot resell the item.
Care instructions
On silverware items, since I use silver and silver plated items, they will eventually tarnish. I have started including a small polishing cloth in your order. Just polish it and it will return to a normal shine ❤️
What is your Shipping Speed?
I try to ship all of my orders at the very longest within 3 days! A lot of times, I can ship the same day! I do not have ANY of these items in stock, I make to order, but understand that customers like to receive their items quickly, as do I when I order online. However I CANNOT CONTROL THE POSTAL SERVICE. If your item is delayed in shipping, please understand that it is not my doing. If you need an item quickly, choose a faster shipping speed. Inside of the US, First Class generally is 3 days but their ONLY Guaranteed shipping speed is next day!
